We are Alexander and Swetlana Korte, and we have been running this platform since 2005. Our journey in the Berlin real estate market began in 1997 when Alexander founded his first property company. Today, we manage several real estate ventures together as a team. For us, this website is a project of passion and excitement. Our goal isn't just to "sell" you a property; we are here to share our insights, our ideas, and occasionally, the exclusive new-build developments we create. Having consulted numerous international investors over the decades, we take pride in always providing our most honest and strategic advice. We consider ourselves post-exit entrepreneurs who truly value our quality of life—whether it’s through sports, healthy cooking, or our love for travel. However, our true nature always leads us back to our work.
